Lab ke saath poora in-app chat system hai — WhatsApp kholne ki zaroorat nahi.
Kahan hai:
- Treatment → Lab → Lab Cases → "💬 Messages" tab: WhatsApp-style thread inbox — har case ka thread (patient naam + lab + last message + green unread bubble), naya sabse upar. Received / delivered / cancelled case "📁 Past cases" me collapse hote hain — purani chat delete nahi hoti.
- Har order row par 💬 Chat: us case ki thread.
- Lab Vendors tab me verified lab par 💬 Chat: lab-level "General" thread — kisi case se bandha nahi (lab isme tabhi reply kar sakta hai jab clinic pehle likhe).
Kya bhej sakte ho: text, photo, video, PDF, voice note (mic), scan files (STL / PLY / OBJ / ZIP) — 📎 se; case thread me patient ke scanner wale scans tick karke. New Order banate waqt lagi files bhi case chat me jaati hain.
Ticks: ✓ sent, ✓✓ delivered, blue ✓✓ = lab ne padh liya. Chat header ke 📞 se connected lab ko in-app call.
Unread alerts: Lab page ke upar laal strip "💬 N new lab message(s) · in M case(s)", Messages tab par ginti, row par laal "💬 N new", sidebar me Treatment → Lab par count badge, browser notification, aur mobile par "🧪 Lab message" push. Naye reply bina refresh aate hain.
Mobile: Treatment → Lab → "Chats" tab, card par "Chat / Photos" — camera, gallery, scans, voice note.
