Kya hua:
- Raat 10:30 ka detector un appointments ko pakadta hai jo din khatam hone par bhi 'Scheduled' pade hain — unhe Cancelled + noShow mark karke patient ka no-show count badha deta hai.
- Patient asal me aaya tha, treatment bhi hua — bas Calendar me kisi ne status aage nahi badhaya. System ko record se hi dikhta hai, aur record galat tha.
Fix:
- Calendar me us din ka appointment kholo — status wapas sahi karo ('PT Out' — visit complete). No-show ka galat daag record se hatao.
- Us din ki treatment/billing entries check karo — wo to bani thi na? (Aksar treatment done hota hai par appointment board koi nahi chhuta.)
Kyu zaroori hai:
- Galat no-show us patient ka No-Show Risk score kharab karta hai — phir aap use bewajah 'advance leke book karo' category me daal doge.
- Recall system bhi completed visits ('PT Out'/'Engage') se hi chalta hai — status galat to recall bhi galat.
Prevention:
- Reception ka rule: patient ghusa → status Engage; patient nikla → PT Out. Din band karne se pehle board pe koi 'Scheduled' na bache.
- Roz shaam 8 baje ek nazar Calendar pe — aaj ka koi appointment Scheduled pada hai kya?
