Har patient ka ek hi hone wala record (dental chart, patient app login, ABHA, pediatric profile) dono ke paas ho to WINNER wala rehta hai; WINNER ka dental chart khaali ho to duplicate ka chart copy ho jaata hai; risk score / face check-in ka duplicate data hata diya jaata hai — ye sab popup "Merged. N record(s) needed a decision" me likha aata hai. "Fill blank fields on winner from sources…" tick sirf WINNER ki khaali phone / email / address / DOB / blood group / emergency contact bharta hai (allergy list abhi copy nahi hoti). Merge History me Status: undoable (72 ghante ke andar), final, reversed.
