Water test report ki date nikal gayi / test hi nahi karaya — DUWL/water quality gap

Turant NABL/authorised lab se water (DUWL + potable) test karao, report register me file karo, aur waterline flush log chalu karo. Water test periodic hota hai — overdue = infection control NC.

Diagnosis: NABH IPC/FMS me dental unit waterline (DUWL) aur potable water ki periodic microbiological testing chahiye. Report overdue ya missing = gap.

Karo:

  1. NABL/authorised lab se water sample test karao — DUWL (CFU/mL) aur potable water. Report lo.
  2. NABH Hub → Daily Logs → Registers → Waterline Flush log me waterTestDone = yes, waterTestResult (CFU count), waterTestDate daalo. Report ko attach karo.
  3. Overdue gap ke liye honest note + aage ke liye periodic schedule set karo.

App me: Waterline Flush register me daily morning/between-patient/end-of-day flush bhi log hote hain — test ke saath yeh routine bhi dikhni chahiye.

Aage se: Test ko half-yearly/annual (policy ke hisaab se) schedule karo, reminder set karo. Between-patient flushing SOP follow karo taaki CFU control me rahe.

Edge case: Report me CFU high aaye to alag corrective (shock disinfection) — sirf test karana kaafi nahi, result act karna zaroori.
