Purana incident hua tha par CAPA (corrective action) close nahi hua — audit me open dikh raha

Har open incident ka CAPA complete karo: root cause, immediate, corrective, preventive aur verification. Auto-Pilot open CAPA ko critical gap dikhata hai; close karke loop pura karo.

Diagnosis: NABH Hub Auto-Pilot open incidents (capaStatus != closed) ko gap dikhata hai. Incident report bana par CAPA adhoora = assessor ko lagega system incomplete.

Karo:

  1. NABH Hub → Incidents kholo, open/investigating incidents filter karo.
  2. Har incident ka CAPA complete karo — root cause, immediate action, corrective action, preventive action. AI madad ke liye Incidents → 'Suggest CAPA' (server: /incidents/suggest-capa) draft de deta hai similar past incidents se.
  3. Corrective implement hone ke baad verify karo (kaam kar raha?) aur capaStatus = closed karo. Yeh closed-loop assessor ko chahiye.
  4. Medication error/adverse event linked incidents apne aap CAPA/medication-error register me bhi reflect hote hain.

Aage se: Har incident ke saath target closure date rakho. Committee meeting me open CAPAs standing agenda ho.
