Complete drawer ka "💰 Charge for this procedure" hi bill ka aakhri mauka hai — wahin likha hai "The bill is made on this. To change it after saving, you will need to issue a credit note." Finalized bill ko Billing me edit karne par "Cannot edit a finalized bill. Issue a credit note instead." aata hai.
Raasta 1 (payment ho chuki ya thoda farak): owner / admin credit note — Billing → Bills → Credit Notes → "+ Issue Credit Note" → bill chuno → "Items to Credit" me quantity / price badal kar partial credit. Billing → Bills par bill ki "Credit Note" action poora (full) credit deti hai.
Raasta 2 (payment nahi hui, poora dobara karna hai): Visits me us din ka bill "🗑 Delete" → Recycle Bin; owner / admin done treatment ka 🗑; "+ Treatment" se sahi rate ke saath dobara jodo aur Done karo — naya sahi bill banega. Bill par payment juda ho to delete se pehle owner / admin ko payment void karna padta hai.
Mobile "Edit Done TT" me bhi rate / qty band: "🔒 Bill already made — rate/qty cannot be changed here. To fix it, issue a credit note on that bill."
EDGE CASE
rate baar-baar galat aaye to Setup → Settings → Clinical → Treatment Types me rate card sudharo.
