Online card/netbanking payments ke liye clinic ka apna gateway account jodna padta hai. Jagah: Sidebar → Setup → Settings → finance section → 'Payment Gateways' (sirf admin/owner ko dikhta hai).
Teen blocks hain:
- Razorpay — Key ID + Key Secret (dashboard.razorpay.com/app/keys se) + optional webhook secret. Webhook URL panel me diya hota hai; events: payment.captured, payment_link.paid. Razorpay hi UPI Autopay mandates ke liye zaroori hai.
- Cashfree — App ID + Secret Key + Mode (Sandbox/Live) + webhook secret. Webhook event: PAYMENT_SUCCESS_WEBHOOK.
- Pine Labs A910 POS machine — card swipe machine integration (Plutus Cloud API key, Merchant/Store/Terminal ID, sandbox toggle).
Neeche 'Preferred Online Gateway' picker hai — Razorpay aur Cashfree dono configured hon to naye payment links kis gateway se banenge (Auto = jo configured ho). 'Save All' database me save karta hai — server restart ki zaroorat nahi. Har gateway ka 'Test' button configuration turant check karta hai.
Use kaise hota hai:
- Gateway-hosted link: card/netbanking/wallet sab supported, payment status webhooks se apne aap update hota hai. Gateway configured nahi hoga to system saaf bata dega ('Settings → Payment Gateways').
- Isse alag, simple 1-tap UPI 'Pay Link' ke liye gateway NAHI chahiye — sirf Settings → Clinic me clinic ki UPI ID honi chahiye (wo free upi:// deep link hai, par status manual track hota hai).
- Naye patients online booking/registration fee bhi in gateways se le sakte ho.
