"Latest bill" = date ke hisaab se patient ka sabse naya invoice jo draft ya cancelled nahi hai. Koi final bill na ho to: "This patient has no final bill — create the bill first, then send it." PDF wahi design hai jo print hota hai, sirf ek copy. "Creating PDF…" dikhe to kuch second ruko — dobara dabaya to patient ko do copy ja sakti hain. Natija line ka file naam dekh kar pakka karo ki sahi bill gaya; message Sent Log me bhi dikhta hai. Patient ke paas "Mil gaya" / "Sawal hai" reply buttons aate hain. PDF sirf WhatsApp se jaati hai, "📱 Send from your own phone" se nahi — fail ho to print karke do. Mobile ka WhatsApp icon sirf phone ka WhatsApp kholta hai, PDF nahi bhejta. Kisi purane khaas bill ke liye: Billing → Bills me us final bill ki row ka "WhatsApp" — ORALZY ke shared number par wahan bhi bill PDF jaata hai, clinic ka apna number juda ho to bill ka text message (pay link ke saath). WhatsApp par bheji PDF 30 din tak hi khulti hai.
Patient ko bill PDF WhatsApp par kaise bheju?
Patient chart → ⋯ (More actions) → "WhatsApp patient" → "Send documents (PDF)" → "🧾 Latest bill". Patient ka sabse naya final bill PDF ban kar WhatsApp par jaata hai (clinic ka apna number juda ho to usse, warna ORALZY ke shared number se); natija line me file ka naam (Bill-<bill number>.pdf) dikhta hai. Mobile: patient screen ke upar ✈ (paper-plane) icon → "Send message" → "Latest Bill (PDF)".
