Team → Payroll → Commissions → Doctor Commissions → "⚙ Rules" → "New Rule": har doctor ke liye % of bill (GST ke bina) ya Fixed ₹ per unit, "Min treatment amount" aur optional volume slabs (mahine me N case ke baad zyada rate). Treatment Done hote hi "pending" entry banti hai → ✓ Approve → "💰 Pay" (UTR).
