OTP ke liye Meta ka alag category template chahiye (AUTHENTICATION) — iska text aur button Meta khud rakhta hai. Ye category tabhi khulti hai jab WABA ke Business portfolio ki verification ho; "Number review: APPROVED" alag cheez hai, wo number ka review hai, isse OTP nahi khulta. Approve hone par templates list me oralzy_otp AUTHENTICATION dikhega — usme "Use for OTP" chuno ("✓ Selected"). MARKETING template par "Login codes can't be sent in a MARKETING template" likha aata hai. Test ke liye usi page par "🧪 Test messaging" me Send OTP hai. Sent Log me OTP ki row body ke bina hoti hai: "🔐 Login OTP — code suraksha ke liye save nahi hota" — code kabhi log me nahi jaata. Clinic ko kuch nahi karna — login/staff OTP apne aap WhatsApp par shift ho jaata hai, warna SMS.
Login OTP WhatsApp par kaise aaye?
Super Admin → Platform Messaging → "🔐 Login OTP over WhatsApp" card → "📨 Send oralzy_otp for approval". Pehle "🔎 What's pending on Meta" se dekho Business Verification "verified" hai ya nahi — bina uske Meta OTP (AUTHENTICATION) template banne hi nahi deta. Tab tak OTP SMS se aata rehta hai, koi lock-out nahi. Super Admin only.
