Note patient ki timeline me "Call by <username>" banke judta hai; reminder chuna ho to Today → Tasks → Task Board me "Callback — <patient>" task bhi. WhatsApp wala tick tabhi chalta hai jab Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off) me callback reminder switch ON ho (default OFF). Calling Mode doctor aur auditor login ke liye nahi hai. Mobile app ki "Calling Mode" screen alag cheez hai (dialer / provider chunna).

Patient Connect → Calls → "Calling Mode": upar "N patients to call today". Patient chuno → "WHAT WAS DISCUSSED?" likho → "NEXT REMINDER WHEN?" (3 / 5 / 7 / 15 din, 1 mahina, None) → chaho to us din patient ko WhatsApp (9 AM) → "SAVE & NEXT PATIENT".
