SMS ka asli text operator ke DLT template se banta hai, app me sirf variable (naam, date, amount) bharte hain — isliye template ka text app me nahi badal sakte. Default me clinic ko DLT ka koi kaagaz nahi karna (ORALZY ka sender); apna DLT sender chahiye to Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) → "🪪 Message sender" → "SMS sender". Template na hone par row ki wajah me DLT template wali line aati hai — ye ORALZY ki taraf se theek hota hai, ORALZY support ko batao. Marketing SMS: "Marketing SMS is blocked (DLT does not allow promotional SMS)." — offer ke liye WhatsApp campaign.
Patient ko SMS bheja par deliver nahi hua — DLT ka kya chakkar hai?
India me patient ko SMS sirf DLT par approved template se jaata hai. Reminder, bill, OTP jaise service SMS ORALZY ke DLT sender ke approved templates se jaate hain; jis message ka approved template nahi, app wo SMS bhejta hi nahi (Sent Log me "Blocked"). Offer / promotional SMS bilkul band hai. Har SMS template ka haal: Patient Connect → WhatsApp → 📋 Sent Log → "🧾 SMS template status".
