KYA HOTA HAI
jab admin kisi doctor/staff ka attendance status 'absent' set karta hai, system us date ke Scheduled/Confirmed appointments dhundta hai aur:
- har appointment ke liye ek URGENT staff task banata hai ('Doctor absent — reschedule <patient>'),
- patient ko WhatsApp jata hai ki appointment reschedule hoga, team contact karegi.
Ye isliye hai taaki doctor ke achanak na aane par reception se koi patient miss na ho.
GALTI SE MARK HUA TO
- Attendance me status wapas sahi karo (present/leave jo bhi ho) — adjust reason likho.
- WhatsApp jo ja chuke hain wo wapas nahi aate — un patients ko call/WA kar ke clarify karo ki appointment apni jagah hai.
- Bane hue urgent tasks Today → Tasks me dikhe honge — unhe close/cancel karo.
SAHI USE
doctor sach me absent hai to isi automation par bharosa karo — tasks ki list se ek-ek patient reschedule karo, sab track hota hai.
PREVENTION
absent mark karne se pehle us din ka Calendar dekh lo; agar sirf hajiri record karni thi (salary ke liye) aur appointments kisi aur doctor ko shift ho chuke the, tab koi harm nahi — message sirf Scheduled/Confirmed appointments walon ko hi jata hai.
