Fingerprint fail / cancel ho to "Fingerprint failed — Punch without verification? The owner will have to review it." → "Punch anyway". "Phone not registered" aaye to "Punch anyway" (review me) ya "Link phone again". Jude phone par "This phone is linked to your name ✅". Card me "Remove this phone" link hai par abhi staff ke liye Forbidden error deta hai — phone hatana ho to owner Team → Members → HR Setup → HR Masters → "Face Recognition" → "📱 Phone (fingerprint)" ✕ se hataye. Naye phone ke liye purana hatana zaroori nahi — naye phone par dobara "🔐 Link this phone" karo. Web Staff Login par card "📱 Punch with fingerprint — in the mobile app" yahi samjhata hai.
Staff apne phone ke fingerprint se punch kaise lagaye?
Sirf mobile app par: Staff Login → "🕒 Attendance" → card "📱 Fingerprint punch from phone" → "🔐 Link this phone" → fingerprint lagao → "Phone linked ✅". Iske baad har Check In / Out par selfie ke baad bas phone ka fingerprint. Web browser par fingerprint nahi — wahan sirf selfie (face), warna owner review.
