Referral kahan likhu — chart, Clinical Hub ya NABH register?

Teen darwaze, ek record: Treatment → Clinical → Specialty → Clinical Suite → "Referrals" tab ("Create"); patient chart ka ⋯ (More actions) → "↗️ Refer to specialist"; ya emergency intake me "Referred out" tick. Kahin se bhi banao — NABH Patient Referral register ki row khud banti hai aur us din ki "Any referral today?" (Daily referral check) row bhi 'yes' ho jaati hai. Jis din koi referral nahi hua, register me "No patient referred today ✓" tap karo.

Chart ka referral dialog: Direction (Outbound / Inbound), "Specialist name *", Specialty, Urgency, "Clinic / hospital", Phone, "Referring doctor (signs letter)", "Reason for referral *", findings, treatment requested / done, dawai, history → "↗️ Refer". Neeche list me "🖨 Letter" aur status dropdown. Register ki referral row me patient, direction, specialty, "Referred to", reason, status aate hain — jisne referral banaya wahi sign; baad me "What came back from the specialist" bharna hota hai. "Daily referral check" roz 17:00 receptionist ke naam: us din app me referral ho to row khud 'yes' aur "What the records say" me naam; din 'no' sign hone ke baad referral bane to row par amendment ('no' → 'yes') judta hai. Registration me Referring Doctor chunne se app jo inbound referral khud banata hai, wo register me nahi aata — wo chart ke dialog se darj karo. Mobile app me patient screen se referral abhi nahi khulta — phone par Clinical Suite → "🔄 Referrals" use karo. Patient Care → Referrals alag hai (patient / referring-doctor reward wale referral). NABH register "NABH Compliance" add-on ka hissa hai.

  1. Chart → ⋯ (More actions) → "↗️ Refer to specialist" → specialist, specialty, reason, urgency → "↗️ Refer"
  2. Letter chahiye to list me "🖨 Letter"; status wahin badlo
  3. Register row khud bani — baad me "What came back from the specialist" bharo
  4. Jis din koi referral nahi: NABH → NABH → NABH Hub → NABH Registers → Patient Referral → "No patient referred today ✓"
