RVG se naya X-ray liya par ORALZY me apne aap nahi aaya — bridge kaise check karu?

DIAGNOSIS (order me):

1. Windows app ya uska tray icon chal raha hai? Band hai to bridge bhi band — app kholo.
2. ORALZY menu → 'X-ray Bridge Settings…' → 'Test' — server + bridge key ok bolta hai?
3. RVG software ne file banayi? Watch folder me jaake dekho nayi image aayi ya nahi.
4. File type: jpg/png/bmp/tiff/dcm/rvg (aur 3D ke liye stl/ply/obj) hi uthte hain.
5. Size: X-ray 25 MB tak — CBCT jaisi bhaari files jaan-bujh kar exclude hain; 3D mesh 300 MB tak.
6. Kis patient me gaya: upload ke waqt jo patient chart khula tha usme attach hota hai — koi chart khula nahi tha to Imaging me '📥 unassigned' me hoga.

DEEP FOLDER GOTCHA

Watcher watch-folder ke sirf 2 level neeche tak dekhta hai. RVG software har patient ka naya subfolder deep me banata ho to 'Khud dhoondein' ka suggest kiya hua upar wala root folder use karo.

FAIL HONE PAR

Bridge har file par 5 baar retry karta hai — net atka tha to thodi der me khud aa jayega.

PREVENTION

Reception PC par app hamesha chalne do (tray me), aur capture se pehle patient ka chart khol lo.
