PEHLE CHECK KARO
- Internet chal raha hai? (Net down par app white nahi, "Could not connect to the internet" page dikhati hai jo khud retry karta hai.)
- ORALZY menu → "Open oralzy.com in browser" — browser me site khul rahi hai?
FIX
- Browser me site CHALTI hai → app ka cache kharab hai: View → "Clear cache & reload" (login nahi jaata).
- Browser me bhi NAHI chalti → net/server issue hai, app ka fault nahi.
- Window dikh hi nahi rahi → tray icon (taskbar ke right side) double-click ya desktop shortcut dobara chalao; monitor hataya ho to app khud window ko maujooda screen par le aata hai.
LAST RESORT
- ORALZY menu → "Quit ORALZY" karke app dobara kholo (sirf ✕ se app tray me reh sakti hai).
- Phir bhi white → oralzy.com/downloads se app reinstall karo; login aur data cloud me hai, kuch nahi jaata.
EDGE CASE
Antivirus / office proxy kabhi app ko block karta hai — oralzy.com allow karwao.
