Ye checkbox default ON hai. Untick + Save karte hi web aur mobile dono par popup aana band ho jaata hai — faisla server par hota hai. Band hone par lab wala treatment done karne se lab case phir bhi banta hai, bas wo Pending Dispatch me rukta hai; kaam kabhi gum nahi hota. Switch web (Setup → Settings → Clinic → Clinic Profile) aur mobile clinic settings dono me hai. Owner/admin hi Clinic settings save kar sakte hain.
"Lab ko bhej dein?" popup band kaise karu?
Setup → Settings → Clinic → Clinic Profile ("Clinic identity" group) me checkbox "🦷 Ask on treatment complete — Send to lab?" untick karke Save karo. Mobile ke clinic settings me bhi yahi switch hai. Band karne par case Treatment → Lab → Pending Dispatch me rukega.
