OPD/reception-registration ki policy evaluation (UHID, scope, tariff display) → phir assessors ne chalti hui CLINICAL PROCEDURES dekhi — oral medicine, conservative/endo, perio departments me. Matlab wo sirf files nahi dekhte, live kaam dekhte hain: hand hygiene, PPE, pouch dating, 2-identifier, consent-before-procedure.
DAY 2
pedodontics + surgical departments, infection-control activities ka verification, HR FILES (credentials, training records), STATUTORY LICENCE FILES (AERB, fire, BMW), hospital safety manual + apex manual + quality manual — aur bina bataye CODE-BLUE MOCK DRILL karwaya (staff ne live respond kiya) + CAPA documents ka review. Chhote clinic ke liye scale: 1-3 chairs pe 2 assessors × 1 din (ya Entry Level me 1 assessor × 1 din, 1-4 chairs virtual). Wahi sab compress hoke hota hai — walkthrough, live observation, staff Q&A, ek surprise drill, records sampling. Tip jo is account se nikalti hai: MOCK DRILL on-the-spot ho sakti hai — code blue aur fire, dono ka staff rehearsal karwa ke rakho (kaun bag lata hai, kaun 108 call karta hai, kaun compressions). ORALZY: crash-cart/ER-box register updated rakho aur Veeransh se staff ka Q&A practice — 'code blue kya hai' seeded hai.
