BACKFILL (real data only): Registers page → admin ke liye 'Backfill from Existing' — ye pichhle 180 din ka aapka REAL data scan karta hai: anesthesia logs → anesthesia register, endo logs → endo register, prescriptions → Rx/pain/verbal-order, patient reviews → feedback, staff BLS certs → BLS/CPR, AERB licences, high-risk/LASA pharmacy sales, adverse events → CAPA register. Idempotent — dobara chalane par duplicates nahi. Matlab: agar clinical kaam ORALZY me tha, register-history legitimately ban jaati hai.

purane physical registers ko phenko mat — wo bhi valid evidence hain. Smart Scan se scan karke document store me rakho, audit-day par physical bhi table par rakho.
HONESTY LINE
assessor ko clearly bolo 'digital system <month> se, uske pehle paper par — dono continuity me hain'. Jo period me record hai hi nahi, uske liye fake entries mat banao — 'implementation <date> se shuru' likh kar final assessment date ko accordingly plan karo.
