Agar aapke us period me kaam hua tha par entries nahi bani, to admin login se 'Backfill from Existing' dabao — ye pichle 180 din ka REAL data scan karta hai (anesthesia logs, endo logs, prescriptions, reviews, BLS certs, AERB licence, high-risk/LASA sales, adverse events) aur genuine entries banata hai. Idempotent hai — duplicate nahi banega.
GAP KE LIYE
aaj ki date se ek late entry likho: 'Entries for <dates> not recorded in time — recorded late on <aaj>. Reason: <staff leave/rush>.' NABH me documented late entry acceptable hai, fake entry nahi.
AAJ SE
header ka 'No Event Today' button — ek click me NSI, fall, medication-error, referral, fumigation, infection-control, fire-drill sab par nil entry ('No event reported') lag jaati hai, jo already bhare hain unhe skip karta hai.
