backup autoclave ho to use karo; nahi to nearby clinic/hospital se outsourced sterilization — same standards, MOU ke saath (NABH Hub → Master Lists → MOU Builder me 13 fillable MOU templates hain, ek sterilization outsourcing ke liye bana lo).
LOG KARO
NABH Hub → Advanced → Daily Logs → Registers → PMS register me breakdown entry banao — service call time, vendor, expected repair. Teesri breakdown par system khud replacement-evaluation follow-up bana deta hai (closure-of-loop automation).
ASSESSOR KO
IPC ka Recall SOP dikhao (Procedure Manual → IPC chapter) — breakdown par withdrawal + re-sterilise after repair + successful BI likha hai. Honest disclosure + working recall SOP = commitment dikhta hai; chhupana = major NC.
REPAIR KE BAAD
pehle TST/Bowie-Dick + spore test PASS karo, phir hi loads chalao — dono register me entry karo.
PREVENTION
Registers → Schedules me PMS/calibration recurring schedule seed karo.
