Scope display me dentist names + clinical/diagnostic services list dono chahiye; scope change hone ke 7 din ke andar display update karna hai. Brochure ya reception TV bhi acceptable supplement hai. Scope of Services document khud Settings → Clinic Profile → Scope me maintain hota hai, annual review director kare. Citizen's Charter poster (PRE chapter ka companion) bhi saath me lagana hai. Assessor walk-through me sabse pehle yahi dekhta hai — audit se pehle reception aur X-ray room ke displays physically verify kar lo.
