Panel band rehta hai ("None yet · staff-only, never printed" / "N staff-only notes · click to view") — click se khulta hai. 4000 characters tak; Ctrl/Cmd+Enter se bhi save. Har note par time + likhne wala, edit par alag "✎ edited … · <naam>" line. 4 ya zyada note ho to "Search notes or author…" box aata hai. Dekh / likh / badal sakte hain: owner, admin, doctor, receptionist; delete (× → "Delete internal note? This cannot be undone.") sirf owner / admin. Assistant / staff / auditor ko panel dikhta hi nahi. Note ko chart khulte hi popup banana ho to wahi "🔔 Show as a popup every time this patient is opened" tick karo — ye option abhi sirf beta clinics me aata hai.
Patient ke baare me staff-only note likhna hai jo print me kabhi na aaye — kahan?
Patient chart → left sidebar → 🔒 Internal Notes (Allergies & Alerts ke neeche) → + → note likho → "Save". Staff-only — kabhi print nahi hote, patient ko kabhi nahi dikhte. Mobile: patient → Profile tab → 🔒 Internal Notes → "Add internal note".
