Sidebar ke "Sections" pill se section badlo: Visits, Checkup, Tooth Chart, Rx, Docs, Money, X-ray/Scan; baaki (Lab, Messages, Perio, Vitals, Overview, Family, Change history, Forms…) "⋯ More" me. Treatment plan → Done → bill + consent + Rx sab isi screen se chalta hai. Purana V1 chart ab band hai — "Switch to V1" jaisa koi button nahi aata. Mobile app me yahi file patient screen par Profile · Visits · Bills · Chart · Plan tabs ke roop me hai.
Patient Chart (V2) — patient ki puri file
Patient Care → Patients → Patient List me patient par click karte hi uska chart (poori file) khulta hai — top bar (+ Treatment, 📋 Visit note, Rx, Bill / Collect, 🔔, ⋯), uske neeche status chips, left sidebar (photo, scheme, Outstanding, Allergies & Alerts, Internal Notes, Snapshot, Sections, Follow-ups, Recall) aur beech me chuna hua section. Chart pehle "Visits" par khulta hai.
