Case sheet auto-generate hota hai patient ke EMR data se — Smart template khud detect karta hai patient ka focus (RCT, ortho, implant...) aur wahi sections dikhata hai. Print dialog me choose kar sakte ho: kaunse sections chahiye, amounts dikhane hain ya nahi, date range (aaj / poora / custom), letterhead paper hai ya plain. Doctor-selected X-rays bhi print me aate hain (imaging gallery me per-image "include in case sheet" toggle se). Ek baar select kiye options agli baar yaad rehte hain.
