Consent ka button sheet me jaan-boojh kar nahi hai — ek patient ke kai consent form hote hain, isliye button us form ki row par hai. Sheet ke neeche bhi likha aata hai: "Each consent form has its own row — press "WhatsApp" in the Consents tab." OPD card = naam, UHID, QR wala jeb card; Case sheet = poora record (chart, notes, x-ray). In dono ke liye kuch chunna nahi padta — jis patient ka chart khula hai usi ka jaata hai. File ke naam: Consent-<form>.pdf, OPD-Card-<UHID>.pdf, Case-Sheet-<UHID>.pdf. PDF server par banti hai, isliye "Creating PDF…" kuch second rehta hai. Mobile "Send message" sheet me "OPD Card (PDF)" aur "Case Sheet (PDF)" hain; consent mobile sheet se nahi jaata.

OPD card aur case sheet: chart → ⋯ (More actions) → "WhatsApp patient" → "Send documents (PDF)" → "🪪 OPD card" / "📄 Case sheet". Consent form: Sections → ⋯ More → "Forms" → "Consent Forms" tab me us form ki row par "WhatsApp" (sirf web). Sab PDF ban kar clinic ke WhatsApp number se jaate hain aur Sent Log me dikhte hain.
