"💬 Send message" sheet (chart → ⋯ More actions → "WhatsApp patient") ka har button clinic ki taraf se server se bhejta hai — "Send in one tap", "Send documents (PDF)" aur "➤ Send from clinic number": clinic ka apna WhatsApp number juda ho to usse, warna ORALZY ke shared number se (message ke andar clinic ka naam), WhatsApp na chale to SMS se. Ye Sent Log aur chart ke "Messages" me record hote hain. Sirf "📱 Send from your own phone" aapke apne phone ka WhatsApp kholta hai: patient ko aapka number dikhta hai aur clinic ka koi record nahi banta.
