- Proforma (formal numbered estimate): Sidebar → Practice → Billing → Billing → upar 'New Proforma' (peela button). Ye bilkul invoice jaisa editor hai — items, tooth number, price, GST — par finalize hone par PRO- series number milta hai, tax invoice nahi banta. Print/WhatsApp bhejo. Proforma par bhi Pay Link banta hai (note me 'Estimate' likha aata hai) — advance lena ho to kaam aata hai. Patient haan bole to proforma row par 'To Invoice' action — 1-click me fresh invoice draft ban jata hai (naya invoice number finalize par milta hai). List me 'Proformas' filter se saare estimates dikhte hain.
- Treatment Plan (clinical-side estimate): Patient Chart me Plan items add karo — har planned treatment ke saath price; multi-tooth plan ka cost breakdown wahi dikh jata hai. Lambe/mehenge plan ke liye Phased Plan tab use karo — phases, payment milestones, Gantt timeline aur ek-page A4 handout print hota hai jo patient ko de sakte ho.
Extra:
- Purani standalone 'Estimates' screen retire ho chuki hai (2026-05) — naye quotes ke liye Proforma ya Treatment Plan hi use karo. Purane estimates ka data patient records me dikhta rehta hai.
- Patient price par atak jaye to 'Treatment Negotiation' screen purane sent estimates par AI se EMI options (3/6/9/12 mahine), policy ke andar discount tiers, aur saste alternatives suggest karke WhatsApp message draft karti hai — estimate khud change nahi hota, doctor decide karta hai.
Mobile app: Billing screen me proforma banana, filter karna aur 'To Invoice' convert — sab supported hai.
