Box sirf tab dikhta hai jab Setup → Settings → Billing → Consultation Fee on ho aur patient ki scheme / rate plan par fee lagti ho (exempt ho to grey "is not being charged" line). QR sirf paisa maangta hai — patient ka record save hone par hi fee ka paid bill banta hai. Amount khaali ho to clinic ki default fee ka QR banta hai; amount 0 ho to "The UPI QR appears here as soon as you enter the amount." Dhyan: receptionist / doctor login me likha amount bill par nahi lagta (sirf owner / admin badal sakte hain) — par QR usi likhe amount ka banta hai, isliye non-admin login me amount mat badlo. QR na bane: "The clinic's UPI ID is not set — cannot make a QR" — owner / admin Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) me "UPI ID (for QR code on invoice)" bhare. PhonePe amount wala QR na le to "Failing in PhonePe/app? QR without amount" se bina amount ka QR (patient khud amount likhe), wapas ke liye "↩ QR with amount" (web).
Naye patient ki registration / consultation fee ka UPI QR kaise dikhau?
Register form ke Step 3 me "🧾 Consultation Fee" box me "Collect fee now" tick rakho → "How is the fee being paid?" me "📱 UPI (QR)" dabao → wahin fee amount ka QR banta hai ("⛶ Big full-screen QR" bhi). Paisa aane ka message dekh kar UTR "Reference (optional)" me likho, phir "Save Patient ✓" (mobile: "Register Patient"). Fee tabhi charge hoti hai.
