Save doctor / admin / owner login se hi hota hai (baaki ko "Update failed: Forbidden: insufficient role"). Done treatment ka numbered bill ban chuka hota hai aur ye edit bill nahi badalta — wahan credit note / bill ke raste se sudharo. Mobile: More → "Clinical" → plan card "Edit" → "Rate (₹)", "Qty", "Discount (₹) — is procedure par" → "Save Changes".
