Patients ke liye discount coupon ya gift card banane ka option kahan hai?

Billing → Bills → Offers (pehle naam "Pricing Strategy") — teen tab: "Dynamic Pricing", "Coupons", "Gift Cards". Coupon (discount code) sirf clinic owner banata hai — "New Coupon" ya "Yearly Generator"; staff use Billing → Bills ke invoice editor me code daal kar Finalize par lagata hai. Gift card prepaid voucher hai — "Issue Gift Card" se becho (paisa receipt me), baad me "Look up" → "Redeem on bill" se kisi bhi patient ke bill par lagao.

🎟 Coupons (sirf owner): flat ₹ ya % code; rules — Valid From / Valid To, "Min Bill Amount (₹)", "Max total uses (0 = unlimited)", "Max uses per patient", "Max ₹ discount (cap for %, 0 = no cap)" aur "Redemption cap (% of bill)" (default 50% — ek coupon bill ka aadhe se zyada nahi kaatta). "Yearly Generator" ek saath bahut saare random flat-₹ code banata hai (CSV download). "Staff Report" batata hai kis staff ne coupon se kitna discount diya. Coupon box patient chart ke "New bill" drawer me nahi hai.

🎁 Gift Cards: becho = "Face value ₹", "Paid by (patient)", "Paid how", recipient naam / phone (WhatsApp par code), expiry (khaali = 1 saal); code GC-… se shuru. Redeem = code → "Look up" → "Use on whose bill?" patient → bill → "Amount to redeem" → "Redeem on bill"; bacha balance card par rehta hai. Mobile app me gift card sirf look up / redeem hota hai.

Fark: coupon = discount (paisa kam liya); gift card = pehle liya hua paisa, baad me bill me jama.

Quick steps

  1. Billing → Bills → Offers kholo
  2. Coupon: "Coupons" tab → "New Coupon" / "Yearly Generator" (sirf owner)
  3. Coupon lagana: Billing → Bills → "Create Invoice" → "🎟 Discount Coupon" → "Validate" → Finalize
  4. Gift card: "Gift Cards" tab → "Issue Gift Card"
  5. Redeem: code → "Look up" → patient aur bill → "Redeem on bill"
