Delete koi bhi staff kar sakta hai (receptionist, assistant, doctor bhi) — isliye owner chahe to Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → Action Guard me is action par PIN lagaye; tab jisne PIN diya uska naam record hota hai. Jis bill par payment judi ho wo seedha delete nahi hota — app "Payment is blocking this delete" dikhata hai aur "Void ₹X & delete bill" ka option deta hai (void sirf owner / admin; patient ne sach me paisa diya ho to void mat karo, refund karo). Deleted bill har list, bakaya aur report se hat jaata hai. Demo account me delete band hai. Mobile: bill card ka 🗑 icon → "Delete".
Bill delete kaise kare? (Recycle Bin / galat bill)
Billing → Bills → bill ki row par "⋮" → "Delete" → "Move to Recycle Bin". Bill 30 din Recycle Bin me rehta hai — wahan se owner / admin "Restore" kar sakte hain; permanent "Delete forever" sirf owner. PIN tabhi maangta hai jab owner ne Action Guard me "Delete bill (to Recycle Bin)" tick kiya ho.
