Roz shaam ko rush time par app dheemi ho jaati hai — kya karu?

Rush-time slowness lagbhag hamesha clinic ke internet/Wi-Fi load se hoti hai. Patient search to local cache se chalta hai, wo slow nahi hota.

CHECK

rush time par fast.com par speed test karo aur normal time se compare karo. Dekho same Wi-Fi par kitne devices hain — waiting area ke patients ke phone bhi ussi par to nahi? Koi bada report export ya photo upload ussi waqt to nahi chal raha?

FIX

1) Patients ke liye alag guest Wi-Fi banao. 2) Reception ka main PC LAN cable par lagao. 3) Heavy reports/CSV exports lunch ya closing ke baad chalao. 4) Note: patient list aur search local delta-cache se instant chalti hai — wo slow ho to machine-level issue hai (alag entry dekho). Agar har jagah, har network par slow — support ticket karo exact time ke saath, server side check hota hai.

PREVENT

router upgrade, guest network alag, off-peak me exports.
