"Actual text" dabane par paste box khulta hai aur "Save" sirf owner / admin kar sakte hain; andaaze ka text mat daalo, kyunki wahi text Sent Log me "patient ko gaya" ban kar dikhega. Khaali "Save" se record hat jaata hai ("Save it empty to remove the record."). 'body says "tomorrow" — only for next-day reminders' wala template sirf agle din ke reminder ke liye sahi hai.
