Teen cheezein: (1) No-show — "No-show" dabane par (ya raat 10:30 ka detector) appointment Cancelled + no-show mark hota hai, patient ka no-show count badhta hai; patient ko koi message nahi jaata. (2) Cancel — 5+ akshar ka reason zaroori; appointment patient se juda ho aur phone ho to patient ko EK message jaata hai ("appointment cancel hua, naya time book karne ke liye reply/call karein"). App koi re-book sequence nahi chalata — naya slot reception ko khud offer karna hota hai. Waitlist patients ko auto-WhatsApp sirf tab jaata hai jab Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → "Smart Cancellation Recovery" on ho (default off). (3) Recalls — due patients ki list Patient Care → Follow-ups me; no-show visit nahi maana jaata, isliye patient recall ke liye eligible rehta hai.

No-show patient ka record flag hota hai; cancel par patient ko ek message jaata hai (patient se juda ho aur phone ho to). Koi "re-book WhatsApp sequence" nahi chalta — re-book khud karo. Recall list batati hai kaun follow-up ke liye due hai.
