Approve par "Approve? Stock will change." poochta hai; clinic ne Action Guard me "Approve stock adjustment" lagaya ho to PIN bhi. Supply Chain tab sirf owner / admin ko dikhta hai, aur Pharmacy & Inventory add-on chahiye. Bina approval turant sudhaar ke liye Inventory → "Stock" → "Adjust Stock". Mobile: Clinic Stock → Pharmacy Hub → "Stock Adjustments". Clinic stock (gloves, cotton) ki ginti Treatment → Pharmacy & Stock → Clinic Stock me sudharte hain. Reason khaali chhoda to "itemId, category, quantityDelta, reason required" error aata hai.
