Patient chart → Sections → ⋯ More → Clinical → 'Vitals' me. BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2, sugar, weight, height record hota hai — system diabetic/hypertensive/cardiac/pregnant patients ke liye protocol check karta hai aur high BP (≥140/90), high sugar, tachycardia, fever apne aap flag karta hai.

Kahan hai: Sidebar → People → Patients → patient kholo → left 'Sections' me '⋯ More' dropdown → Clinical group → 'Vitals'. Latest vitals chart ke left sidebar ke chhote 'Vitals' card me bhi dikhte hain (BP/HR/Weight/Height).

Kya record hota hai: BP Systolic + Diastolic, Pulse (bpm), Temperature (°C), SpO2 %, Blood Sugar Fasting + Random, Weight (kg), Height (cm), Notes.

Protocol check (sabse kaam ki cheez):

Diabetic / hypertensive / cardiac / pregnant patient ke liye system batata hai '🔶 PROTOCOL APPLIES' — har treatment se pehle BP/sugar lena chahiye
Agar aakhri reading 30 din se purani hai to '⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED' red banner dikhta hai
Auto-flags: High BP ≥140/90, Low BP ≤90/60, High sugar (fasting ≥126 / random ≥200), Tachycardia >100 bpm, Fever ≥38°C — history table me red highlight ke saath
