Har card par kitni baar bheja gaya ("sent N×") dikhta hai, "Open →" se khud dekho, delete icon se hatao (delete sirf owner / admin). Library khaali ho to "Library is empty.". Patient na chuna ho to "Pick patient first" aata hai. "Send to pt" ke baad hamesha "Sent log recorded" dikhta hai, chahe WhatsApp gaya ho ya nahi (phone na ho, wallet khaali ho tab bhi), isliye pakka bhejna ho to chart ke "📖 Explain" → "📲 Share to patient (WhatsApp)" use karo jo "✓ Sent via …" ya "Logged" batata hai. File upload ka button nahi hai: video / PDF ka YouTube ya public link do. Har hafte apne aap tips bhejne ke liye Patient Connect → Campaigns ka Education campaign use karo. Message WhatsApp ke normal message ki tarah wallet se katta hai.
Patient ko RCT ya implant samjhane wala video / PDF kaise bheje?
Treatment → Clinical → Knowledge → Education Material → "Add Education Item": Title, category (general, endo, implant, ortho…), type (video / pdf / image / link), YouTube / URL, For treatment → "Add". Bhejne ke liye upar patient chuno → item par "Send to pt" — patient ko WhatsApp par link jaata hai.
