  1. Visit Timeline me us RCT (done row) par ✎ Edit dabao.
  2. Complete drawer edit mode me khulega — Endo panel me jo pehle save hua tha wo prefilled dikhega (kuch nahi tha to canals auto-seed hoke aa jate hain).
  3. Canals, working lengths, master cone, obturation details bharo.
  4. Save — edit mode sirf logs/notes PATCH karta hai, bill/Rx/consent duplicate NAHI honge.

COMPLICATION HUI THI? Endo panel me complication bharoge (instrument separation, perforation waghera) to woh Adverse Event me bhi record hota hai — NABH ke liye yahi chahiye.
