"📝 Custom" template me patient ki details ("Patient Demographics") bhi "Medical Conditions, Medications, Allergies" tick ke saath hi aati hain — wo off ho to naam / UHID wala hissa hi gayab ho jaata hai. Range ke bahar ho to table me "No completed treatments in selected range" dikhta hai. Visits card ka 🖨 date range ko ek din par set kar deta hai aur wo yaad reh jaata hai — agle patient par sab khaali lage to Date Range dekho. Bina data wale block (khaali perio chart, khaali note) jaan-boojh kar nahi chhapte.

Teen cheez dekho: (1) "🖨 Print Case Sheet" dialog ke "Include" tick — jo off hai wo section nahi chhapta (tick pichhli baar se yaad rehte hain); (2) "Date Range" — "Today" / "Specify Dates" me range ke bahar ke treatments, bills, Rx nahi aate, poora chahiye to "All"; (3) us section ka data bhara hai ya nahi. Clinic ka header na aaye to "Paper type" me "📄 Blank paper" chuno.
