Month end pe owner ko kaunse reports dekhne chahiye — 10 minute ka routine?

Har mahine ki 1 tarikh ko ye 6-report routine chalao (sab Insights me hain):

1. Reports → Money → P&L Statement — pura mahina: net revenue, expenses byCategory, EBITDA. Pichhle mahine ke export se compare.
2. Reports → Money → Mode-wise Collection — cash vs UPI vs card mix; 'unknown' bucket zero hona chahiye.
3. Reports → Receivables & Payables → AR Ageing — udhaar badha ya ghata? Purane buckets khali hone chahiye.
4. Reports → Staff & Doctors → Doctor Productivity — revenue + no-show + completion doctor-wise; Specialist Fees se payout bhi saath nikal lo.
5. Reports → Clinical → Case Acceptance Meter — plans done me convert ho rahe ya patients consult karke bhaag rahe.
6. Insights → Practice Health — 0-100 score, A+ se D grade, aur top-3 actions. Agla mahina inhi 3 actions par lagao.

Har report ka 📊 Excel export ek folder me month ke naam se rakho — CA ko bhi wahi jayega aur saal ke end me trend bhi yahi banayega.
