Owner ko roz 30 second me pata hona chahiye kal kya hua. Iske liye:

  1. Insights → Reports → Daily Snapshot → D.A.R.T. — ek screen par: naye patients, appointments, treatments done, revenue (aaj bane bills) aur bill count. Ye 'Daily Activity Report Total' hai — subah ki chai ke saath yahi kholo.
  2. Daily Snapshot → Practice Summary — month-to-date aur year-to-date totals bhi saath me.
  3. Morning Brief — din ki shuruaat ka auto summary (aaj kya scheduled hai, kya dhyan mangta hai).
  4. Deep-dive chahiye to Money → Day Book — us din ka har bill, treatment, appointment, naya patient, prescription list ke saath.

Consistency ka niyam: roz WAHI report dekho. Aaj D.A.R.T., kal Mode-wise, parso Dashboard — aisa karoge to numbers alag dikhenge (billing vs collection ka farak) aur bharosa toot jayega. Billing-based daily number chahiye to D.A.R.T./Day Book fix karo; cash-based chahiye to Mode-wise Collection.
