Kisi bhi purane software ya Excel sheet se data ORALZY me laane ke 2 raste hai:
- Data Migration Wizard (recommended — kisi bhi Excel ke liye):
People → Patients page pe 'Import patients from Excel / CSV' button dabao. 4-step wizard khulta hai:
- Step 1 — Upload: entity chuno (Patients ya Appointments) aur .xlsx / .xls / .csv file upload karo (Dentrix, Dental4Windows ya koi bhi purana PMS export chalega).
- Step 2 — Map Columns: aapki file ke column ORALZY ke fields se milao — system khud suggested mapping bhar deta hai, aap change kar sakte ho. Pehli 50 rows ka preview bhi dikhta hai.
- Step 3 — Dry Run: bina kuch save kiye poora import test hota hai — kitni rows sahi, kitni me error, sab pehle dikh jata hai.
- Step 4 — Import: sab theek ho to final import chalao.
- Bulk Import (CSV) — fixed-format chhota rasta:
Sidebar → Setup → Settings → Advanced → Tools → 'Bulk Import (CSV)'. Yahan 3 type milte hai: Patients (name + phone required), Inventory, Pharmacy. Har type ka sample CSV download karo, apna data usi column format me bharo, upload karo → Preview me error rows dikhti hai → sirf valid rows commit hoti hai.
Note: Excel ho to pehle CSV me save karna sirf Bulk Import ke liye zaroori hai; Migration Wizard .xlsx seedha le leta hai. BestoSys se aa rahe ho to alag hai — wo super-admin (ORALZY team) onboarding ke waqt karta hai; aap support se boliye.
